WHO AM I
Daniel Gjula-Lyonnais
My name is Daniel and I am a 33 year old that grew up in a small town in Quebec, Canada. Over the past ten years, I developed my travel skills and traveled to many remote parts of the globe. This has allowed me to live experiences such as boating through the Amazon rainforest, swimming with sea lions and sharks in the Galapagos Islands, exploring the depths of the man-eating mountain in Bolivia, capturing the aurora borealis over a glacier lagoon in Iceland and making it to the “End of the World” in Ushuaia Argentina.
My goal is to show the world as I see it through my camera and hopefully provide some travel tips and convince some of you to set off on your own adventures.
THE WORLD THROUGH A VIEWFINDER
While traveling, I spend the majority of my time behind a camera. This forces me to observe my surroundings in the hopes of capturing hidden gems that can be found in day to day life, split second moments that can be frozen forever.
Each of my photos is its very own time capsule, transporting me back to the places I have been and the people I have met along the way.
